This panoramic view shows Fort Cornwallis and the port area beyond. Near the center of the scene to the left of the large white building a small red spot is visible. This is the top of the clock tower, dedicated to Queen Victoria in 1897 on the occasion of the Diamond Jubiliee, her 60th year as Queen and Empress.
